Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our house is only half a block from Minnesota State University and we especially enjoy hosting the families of Maverick athletes. Campus Vue was previously owned by the family of a Mav football player and was lovingly renovated by them. There are lots of good Maverick vibes in this home.
