We had a wonderful time in Becky’s home! The garden area in the center was so peaceful. Coffee and breakfast at the large outdoor table was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was within walking distance to endless Antigua amenities! Becky was always proactive and able to meet our needs before we even asked! We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family of 4 (with a 3 and a 7 year old) stayed here for the month of February and LOVED this place. We legitimately are planning on returning for the fall. Gorgeous three bedroom, 2.5 bath. Comfortable couch and beds. Beautiful light and great airflow. The neighbors were all lovely and the house is walking distance from some community squares with welcoming locals and great street food. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, communication was solid, and we really appreciated the weekly cleanings. Things to note: - The living room/dining/kitchen has high ceilings - there is a very loud echo. Like, very loud. - The house could really use some baking sheets and a vacuum - You are a 30 minute walk into Antigua town Honestly, this place is awesome.

Tuvimos problemas un poco para el ingreso por que íbamos en carros separados con mis familiares por las normas de la residencial , pero se movieron rápido y nos ayudaron sin tema lo demás súper bien limpio , buena ubicación todo muy tranquilo

Our family stayed here for Semana Santa, and we had a wonderful stay. Great views from the rooftop! Spacious and comfortable home. Vale was a very responsive host and helpful when we needed it.

La casa preciosa, muy limpia, la ubicación es excelente, se camina al centro de antigua sin problemas o en la calle principal para bus o tuc tuc, la casa en un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo, muy privado.

I rented the Jade Apartment for the month of April, 2025, with the primary purpose of doing Santa Semana. I came to Guatemala 4 years prior for the same purpose, but the COVID pandemic caused the cancellation of the event. The 3-bedroom apartment's central location was ideal for taking in the week-long festivities. The street access to the property is approximately 50 meters from the famous Antigua Arco, the area of which remained active at most hours. However, notwithstanding being steps away from the heart of public celebration, Jade Apartments is set back, near the center of the block, behind a commercial structure, insulating it from the din of 5a Avenida's Norte's street-life. The on-site manager, Giancarlo, is wonderful host. His modest staff does a great job without being intrusive. Special bonus: (unique in my experience among AirB&B's) tasty Guatemalan coffee is on the house.

The apartment is lovely and the setting is spectacular!! Claudia is very responsible to every text and very helpful with all my requests. I loved staying there and would look forward to staying again.

Great place! I stay here every time I visit Antigua if I can. It is safe and centrally located next to one of the most popular tourist attractions in Antigua. Gilda is very helpful and responsive. The decor is very welcoming, with lots of Guatemalan artisanal handcrafts. It's a spacious apartment, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry and front and rear balconies. There's a washer and dryer, which is very convenient and not typical. For me, the main disadvantage is that the doorways are a bit low. I'm 6'2". Usually I remember to duck, but I tend to bump my head about once a week during my stays here. The windows do a very good job of blocking sound, but it's a popular, busy street and if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a problem. (But the noise doesn't bother me.) Sleeping accommodations are limited -- two people could sleep in the big bed in the bedroom and one could sleep on the single bed in the living room.

Very nice and comfortable stay in a quiet part of town. The place is clean and has everything you need for your star. It is quite distanced however from main attractions, restaurants etc which means at least a 10-15 min walk anywhere. The restroom is also not attached to the bedroom which means you have to walk quite a bit to get there. Thanks Kendra for the nice stay!

Excelentes amenidades, comodo, habitaciones confortables. El unico inconveniente el acceso principal por una grada tipo caracol que dificulta el subir maletas y/o acceso a niños pequeños o adultos mayores. Todo lo demas excelente

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

Un excelente lugar !! La estancia de Silvia es un excelente lugar, el condominio es muy seguro, muy tranquilo, bonito y acogedor. hay que tener claro que no esta directamente en antigua Guatemala sin embargo esta a unos 10- 15min del centro de antigua y el uber llega muy rápido . la casa esta muy bonita, acogedora, te hace sentir en casa, los cuartos son agradables , los baños limpios y tiene todo para que te puedas cocinar lo cual fue de mucha ayuda. hay una plaza comercial a 1km de ahi que tiene todo lo necesario. el area de alberca esta bastante a gusto para pasar un buen rato en familia y su terraza esta increible para algo mas privado con tus acompañantes. me encanto la casa, sin duda alguna me hospedaria ahi nuevamente.

¡Una estadía maravillosa! Estuvimos hospedados del 11 al 14 de abril y quedamos encantados con todo. El lugar es hermoso, tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. La limpieza, el confort y cada detalle bien cuidado hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, un espacio que recomendamos con gusto y al que esperamos volver. ¡Gracias por tan grata experiencia!

Victor Y su esposa son excelentes anfitriones , las instalaciones muy cómodas todas las áreas y servicios al 100% invitados a regresar … alejado del ruido y muy especial para relajarse y descansar.

The condo is amazing, beautiful surroundings, in front of the pool and about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Antigua. Check in was easy, the unit was just right for 3 of us and the WiFi was extremely reliable and fast. After sightseeing all day in Antigua it was really nice to come home and jump in the pool or have dinner in one of the outside tables. Deann was an amazing host, always quick in answering any questions, friendly and very proactive in sending information about events in the area, places to eat, spas, etc. It was truly a pleasure staying at Deann's condo, we were sad to leave but are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year. Sehr schöne Wohnung und Garten. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf alle drei Vulkane. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vor Ort, aber leider keine Tassen. Als wir Maria danach fragten, wurden uns sofort Becher gebracht. Wirklich sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A beautiful, well-appointed unit in a great location in Antigua. After entering through 2 doors from the street, you are greeted by a courtyard with 2 fountains and lovely plants. So peaceful. Our unit was upstairs and was a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It had a private patio with a table and chairs off the kitchen. The in-suite washer and dryer is a great amenity to have. There is a curved staircase outside the unit that takes you to the rooftop terrace. Wow, the view of the volcanoes. Coffee upstairs in the morning is a must. Tomas’ place is lovely. He is a very attentive host and is well organized; leaving clear instructions and recommendations for local sights and restaurants. He is responsive to any questions you may have. I would highly recommend staying at Tomas’ Airbnb without hesitation. I hope to return one day to Antigua and stay at Tomas’ again! Thanks so much for being a great host.
