Ca Na Maria Bel - Town house with private pool

The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

1-2 bedroom house - pool, tennis court and jacuzzi

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.
