Kind of a staple, the first brewery in Bend, can't go wrong here. I would expect to wait, but you should be able to put your name in and walk around a bit.

Of any spot on here if you want to grab lunch, this is your spot. This is voted the best sandwich shop in all of Oregon. And it is fantastic. I've eaten here a couple times and it was great, but what was most telling was when my wife and her parents went and my mother in law raved about how great their turkey sandwich was. And really who raves about a turkey sandwich? Apparently everything they make is just that good.

Waterfall in town-ish that will surely be packed, but for a short hike and a short drive its a pretty nice spot if you hit it early enough in the day.

This is where you can get in to float the river. If you have tubes with you but not life jackets, stop by the rental place at the park and they will loan you free life jackets for kids. If you don't have tubes rent from the place on site at Riverbend. There is a shuttle that can take someone back to pick up the vehicle for a few bucks, ut we always like to park in between Riverbend (whee you start) and Drake (where you end) and then walk a bit both ways.

This is the best spot to catch a movie in town. They only show 1 or 2 movies a day, but get there early and get a seat. Most seating is couch seating, they serve food and drink that is made in the restaurant and have a bar in the back. Get the onion rings!

In the summer on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights Sunriver Resort has free shows playing in an open grass area. It's a great spot to grab a drink and hang out. Look to see if Precious Byrd is playing, they are a local favorite.
