Make sure to go up to the vista point - scenic view of Kaneohe Bay. Quick, short, shaded hike about 1 mile. Walk through a small bamboo forest. Great short hike - makes great photos. If you can't park at the trail head you park down in the neighborhood and walk up.

45-219 Kokokahi PlMake sure to go up to the vista point - scenic view of Kaneohe Bay. Quick, short, shaded hike about 1 mile. Walk through a small bamboo forest. Great short hike - makes great photos. If you can't park at the trail head you park down in the neighborhood and walk up.
1.5-2 hours round trip. Need bug spray but shaded. Can be very slippy if wet (don't recommend to hike when wet). Stunning views at the top of Kaneohe Bay - worth the hike up! Don't park at McDonalds (they tow), part at the cinema or grocery store. Use Yelp for directions to find the trail head.

279 Kahekili Hwy1.5-2 hours round trip. Need bug spray but shaded. Can be very slippy if wet (don't recommend to hike when wet). Stunning views at the top of Kaneohe Bay - worth the hike up! Don't park at McDonalds (they tow), part at the cinema or grocery store. Use Yelp for directions to find the trail head.
