I love the climate change at Mount Charleston, when I want to escape the Las Vegas heat I will drive to Mount Charleston, it's a lot cooler than Las Vegas and it's only located about 35 minutes from the home.
Many hiking trails to take!
Also in the winter the ski resort is open for all you ski / snowboarding lovers.
