Restore 38 Ranch Welcome Guide

The wifi consists of an AT&T hotspot device. The Internet options out here are poor, but this hotspot will give you the ability to stream on your TV and device. • Network: Restore38 • Password: R38R4127 • If you have any issues with the internet, please let me know. You may have to power it on an off from time to time if it gives you any trouble. It’s not the best, but it will allow you to stay connected.

AC/Heating: There are two remotes for the main home. One is located on the wall next to the bathroom door. This controller operates the main unit in the kitchen area. The other is located on the nightstand upstairs, next to the king bed. You can adjust the temperature to your liking using these controllers. Please keep on eco mode for best use. Just change the temp itself. It will be set on 72 for your arrival and we ask that you set it back on 72 when you leave. Thank you!

Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (salt, coffee, drinks, olive oil, etc). There are plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans, and other items to make you feel at home. Just look through the cabinets and explore! We do not have a dishwasher so wash all dishes before leaving the home and simply place on the drying rack. Microwave is above the oven and a toaster is below the oven. Under the sink, you will also find cleaning supplies, a first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.

There is one bin in the kitchen and one in each bathroom. If you need to empty the bins at any point, there is a large trashcan out the back door under the covered barn. Just drop your bags in there please. New trash bags are in the mudroom/laundry room on the left shelf.

Bathroom: In the bathrooms you will find soap, hair dryer, TP, and a clean hand towel. Additional soap and towels will be laid out on your bed for your individual use. Bedrooms: You will be greeted by a king bed with clean and crisp linens upstairs. As you pass through the king room you will enter the loft where you will find a queen bed and sitting area. The bunk room houses two full size mattress bunks.

The TV controller will be on the coffee table. Feel free to watch Netflix, Fubo, or Spectrum with Live TV. Kick back and relax and if you want to download an app with your own login, please feel free. We just ask that you do not make any purchases.

Please do not allow small children to be untended near or in the loft area. Accidents are not our responsibility. We want to ensure that everyone is safe and secure at R38R. In addition, children should not be unattended within the pool gates. There is no lifeguard on duty (obviously!) and you must be responsible for the people in your party. The gate is installed for your safety, so do not remove for any reason. Also, the only gate that you should open is the front gate to access the home driveway. We kindly as if you could do the following upon your departure. It would be a huge help to as we prepare for the next guests. Laundry: Pile all sheets and towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room Trash: Carry all trash bags to the large green trash can out the back door, under the barn. Dishes: If you have dirty dishes in the sink, we would love it if you could clean and put on drying rack. Lights & A/C: Please turn off all lights and put the A/C back on 72. Locks & Doors: Please close and lock all doors, including the front gate.

At Restore38, safety is our #1 priority. Restore38 is not liable for accidents on premises. Play and swim at your own risk. All children under the age of 18 should have adult supervision when on premises. That includes the pool and other areas in and around the home/property. There is not a lifeguard on duty therefore you are swimming at your own risk. No children should be left unattended as they have been known to wonder into areas that they should not be. Beach towels can be found in the laundry room. Enjoy!

Inside the home we have a loft with a railing that overlooks the kitchen. All children should be supervised and not allowed to hang, climb, or mess with the railing. Accidents can occur if neglect is at play.

Restore38 is not liable for any accidents. Lastly, wild animals abound ‘round here. Do not touch or mess with wild animals in any way. They are truly wild and you could be hurt. Do not, under any circumstance, light a fire inside or outside on the premises. There is a BBQ grill that can be used for cooking purposes.
