You can't come to Lake Panasoffkee and not try the fried catfish! This isn't the yucky catfish you'd get in saltwater, this is a freshwater fish that is quite tasty! And, if that still seems daunting then be sure to try the perch. And, for those feeling very adventurous, be sure to try the gator...and yes, it does taste a lot like chicken. ;)

You can't be this close and not go! Its a zoo of sorts, with animals basically roaming free, plenty of thrilling rides for all and lots of shows to keep your attention the entire day. And, its right next door to Adventure Island, so you could potentially do both in one day, or make a quick return the next day to do the other park....they're both a lot of fun!
