Only a few miles from town, it's a short, easy hike in from the trailhead. Boondoggle winery is close and makes a good pairing for an adventure.

Visit Downtown. Walk to Robinson Park Square with shops all around including a 100 year old hardware store, a scrapbooking emporium, local art gallery, book store & health food store, not to mention all the bars and restaurants too. Kids will enjoy the playground.

Younger kids will love walks to the park. Dragon's den is the biggest and best playground right next to great restaurants and cafes. Robinson park hosts music in the park and has a smaller playground plus pavillion, also in walking distance. A bit farther, but easy on bike, is West Side Park and City Beach with a skate park, playground, horse shoes, paddleboats, sandy beach, and picnic pavillion. Voyaguer Park, also close, has a frisbee golf course for older kids.
