If you are spending the week we highly recommend booking a dinner cruise or spending the day to go on an adventure to Killarney or Baie Finn. Great way to see the Chanel and some really spectacular views of the La Cloche mountain range up close.

Learn about the history of Indigenous people on the island. They have great rotating art exhibits as well as art, beading, and leather works for sale. Lilian’s nearby also has lots of local works for sale. Great short stop on your way to Kagawong for the day.

Walk the boardwalk along the protected Sand Dunes, maybe even catch sight of a monarch caterpillar, cocoon or butterfly under the railings. Lots of milkweed for them to harvest around here. Great playground spot right on the beech with stroller accessibility.

Walk the boardwalk along the protected Sand Dunes, maybe even catch sight of a monarch caterpillar, cocoon or butterfly under the railings. Lots of milkweed for them to harvest around here. Make sure to stay on the marked path if walking by the river. See the signs for poison ivy. Come in late August and see the Salmon running!
