Cathedral Cove Walk - approx 45min one way. Beautiful coastal scenery as you descend down to the water where you’ll find the majestic arch rock. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and take water with you.
The Lookout car park at the start of the track is closed from 1st October to 30th April.
Free parking is available at the Hahei Visitor Carpark. You can begin your walk from there or take the shuttle service to the top of the hill where the entrance to the Cathedral Cove track is located (Lookout Car Park)
If you're feeling energetic, free parking is also available in Hahei Village near Hahei General Store and side streets. Will take an extra 20mins to walk up the hill and enjoy more of the spectacular views and homes along the way.

There is plenty of parking close to the wharf, or leave your car behind and stroll down to the ferry from our place - the easy, flat and scenic walk alongside the estuary takes approx 20 mins .
