To see the beautiful architectural British buildings, you can make your way to Lebuh Pantai. For lunch after, go to Padang Kota to enjoy the famous Mee Sotong. Be there earlier before 1pm as there will be many people during lunch time as most of the banks and businesses are there.

Its well worth the trip. The skies are clear in Penang now, no haze. Best time to enjoy the cool breeze. But do plan ahead and allow more time as it could be crowded especially on weekdays. Before going up to the Penang Hill, you may drop by Penang's famous landmark ie Kek Lok Si. Nearby there is a Air Itam market where you could try one of the most famous Laksa.

Its an adventure theme park, not for the faint hearted though. You will spend one whole day there. So allocate 1 day.
Alternatively, if you just prefer the beaches and picturesque view of the sea from the other side of the island, you can go to Monkey beach which is at Teluk Bahang too. You can go early in the morning to enjoy the hike too. I would also recommend you going to Entopia by Butterfly Farm.

- Kimberley street (Hawker foods) 6pm onwards
- Jalan Penang (Chendol) closes at 5pm.
- Jalan Macalister (Hawker foods). 5 mins drive
- New Lane (Hawker foods). 5 minutes drive to apartment.
- Jalan Siam (Char Koay Teow) - 7 minutes drive.
- Lorong Selamat - (Char Koay Teow) - 7-8 minutes drive
- Jalan Chullia - Wan than mee and others - 7-8 minutes drive
Transporte
Grab is the most convenient way to get around town
Getting around Penang by Grab is the most convenient way especially when roads are narrow and car park are scarce around heritage area. Per trip might cost around RM5 to RM15
If you are parking by the roadside with MBPP signage, do download the app 'Smart Parking MBPP' to top up parking fees. Summons can range from RM15 to RM30. Better to eat good food with the money.

If you are coming on weekdays, remember to check on the website before you arrive as there might be block out dates for maintenance.
