Pass the Salt Cafe is located just a few minutes away from the property and is open 6 days a week (closed Sundays). This "mom and pop" cafe is a popular lunch spot serving up appetizers, salads, sandwiches, seafood, and desserts in an eclectic and cozy atmosphere. Local favorites include the mac and cheese, French onion soup, clam chowder, and shrimp dishes. The café is also open for dinner on Wednesday - Saturday.

Corolla is one of the most well known beaches in OBX, NC. Known for their wild horses and white Sandy beaches, this town leads as my personal favorite because of the great restaurants and public beach access for guests.

Travel by Car or Boat!
Currituck Cabin has its own personal boat launch located in the Currituck Sound to accommodate to those who choose to travel to OBX by boat. Don’t own a boat? Not a problem! Currituck Cabin is located right off Caratoke Highway. Once you get off Taylor’s Rd you’re going to make a left and head all that way to Point Harbor where you’ll cross the Wright Brothers Memorial bridge which leads you directly to OBX!
