There is a large wood which has riding stables, golf, and mini golf, café, restaurant and the Belfairs Woodland Centre where you can have refreshments. Children's play areas and lovely walks through the woodland.

This is the longest pier in the world at 1.3 miles. Take the little train to the other end, or if you are brave, walk. You can then ride back.

Visit the indoor shopping centre near the pier at the bottom end of the High Street, or the Vicotria shopping centre at the top end. Inbetween are all the other shops, with loads of cafes and restaurants, and on some days there are street markets.

It is a lovely park with a museum house showing local historic points of interest. There is a good café which serve snacks and meals, drinks and ice-creams and there is a children's play area, as well as being a lovely park to stroll around
