Llanelidan.Our favourite pub! We have bought ourselves electric bikes in order that we can cycle here over the back lanes and hills. Realistically it's a drive away but if you are keen cyclists then this is definitely worth droppingin to on your travels.

Sightseeing
Definitely worth a visit. Easy walking. You can actually walk or cycle along the canal from llangollen to here too. Canal boats for hire. The Thomas Telford pub serves good food.
Beautiful little town. 5 miles from the hoyse. Free parking in Aldi. Walk around the town, swim in the river Dee, walk up to Castell Dinas Bran, gift shops, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, steam railway, horsedrawn canal boat rides, spa.

Beautiful little town. 5 miles from the hoyse. Free parking in Aldi. Walk around the town, swim in the river Dee, walk up to Castell Dinas Bran, gift shops, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, steam railway, horsedrawn canal boat rides, spa.
The beautiful medieval town of Ruthin is worth a visit. Many old buildings of interest, gift shops, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, park.

There are several routes up Snowdon but the most family friendly route is from Llanberis. There is also the train up. A beautiful walk up, gets chilly at the top. Our son did it when he was about 10 years but would not recommend much younger. There is a cafe half way up and at the top.

Check out Zip World. They have so much to offer. We have done the Velocity Zip Wire (fastest zip line in the world, soaring over the quarry and lake with speeds up to 100 miles per hour), Bounce Below, Fforest roller-coaster, Tree Top adventures. Pre booking required but excellent fun.

Lots to do in Llandudno. As well as the beach there are speedboat rides, pier, The Great Orme tram and cable car rides.
