Great place to sit on the patio and have a margarita and Mexican food. It's about 7 minutes from my home. They also serve breakfast on the weekend. I sit on the patio and read or grade frequently on the weekends.

This breakfast restaurant is open until 2 and has a delicious selection on their menu. Excellent service and they offer a common table as well as normal seating and patio tables. It's become one of my favorite weekend brunch spots. My favorite in the Eggs Benedict Florentine.
