This is a great trail for beginners. It's not flat, but it's just 1.5 mi up and an easy 1.5 miles down.Lines with saguaro and prickly pear cacti, this trail is just beautiful. Just when you think you can't make it to the top, rest on a rock and then keep going. It's worth it! You will find yourself atop a stunning desert vista with clear views of Superstition Mountain and the East Valley. This trail is safe and well traveled. While not crowded, you will not be left out in the wilderness alone.
