This is the best park in the city! Beautiful quiet nature year round. There is a delicious affordable hot breakfast at the Grenadier Cafe, and wonderful trails, gardens, and vistas. Perfect for walking, running, cycling, or workouts. There are skating rinks in the winter, a cherry blossom festival in spring, and even a small zoo! Go say hello to the peacocks, ostriches, and yaks!

On summer weekend mornings, there is also a great local farmer's market that sets up in the parking lot!

The best views in the city, but the restaurant is overrated. There is an annual climb of the 1776 steps for charity, usually in April. They also have elevators!
