Drinks & Nightlife
Siren's Pub ~ located Upstairs on Water Street ~ has a lovely outdoor deck overlooking the water for sunny days, inside tall brick walls & high ceilings, decorated with an eclectic blend of Nautical, Victorian & funk. Even though it is a Pub & full bar they serve consistently excellent food, large portions and not too expensive. At night it is dimly lit and there's a propane fireplace, (not a loud boisterous place until late night live music after 9 or 10 pm.) They make every kind of cocktail on the planet plus serve a wide assortment of beers & local ciders. I would consider it kinda romantic, but definitely casual & a friendly local place. No white table cloths, but glass table tops with photos & business cards underneath and an abundant supply of games & old trivia cards. Oh, and if you're pool players, there's one table in the back room. It's worth it to take the 2 flights of stairs up to see if you like it. Great place for lunch or dinner.
