Amazing small town in the mountains. Try the gold mine tour, I did, a lot of fun and interesting to see and learn about the history and techniques. It's out there but still fun. Mom's pie is the best too!

Amazing hike and views. We like to hike up first and then walk one of the many trails. The best is to go all the way up until you just about get to the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course and then take the trail down to the beach and finish with the beach walk back to start.
