Germantown Neighborhood
Our house was fully renovated in the winter of 2018 and completed in April of 2019. We chose this location because of its charming vibes, rich history (dating back to its 1850s establishment by European Immigrants), architectural treasures and thoughtfully designed urban mixed-use development. We hope you will quickly see why Germantown is considered one of Nashville’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
We also love the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown Nashville, yet find it filled with authenticity and an energy of its own. We believe Germantown is one of Nashville’s most walkable neighborhoods and we have filled countless days with our family and friends here enjoying great food, activity, and fresh air.
