Neighborhoods

Always present in the tourists seaside photos and the postcards, Constanta's Casino is arguably the city emblem. An imposing building that exudes the air since his glory days, the Casino "watches" the Black Sea for over 130 years. "Sunset Sea-mphony" is a cultural event that has already become a tradition. It returns for the third year in a row, near the Constanta Casino. Quality music performed live by symphony orchestra. TOMIS TOURIST PORT is one of the most famous locations in Constanta. On the water’s edge there are terraces and cozy restaurants that serve fisheries.
