My favorite Restaurants
There are several restaurants in Tàrbena and surrounding village. Their menus vary from traditional Spanish cuisine to gastronomic delights.
This restaurant owned by Alicia and Jaime is well known for its paella, leg of lamb and steak. The salad from Jaime is beautiful as is the starter 'sobrasada con miel" (a local sausage with honey).

Amparo and her brother Felipe run this typical Spanish restaurant. Make sure you get a spot on the terrace since this has the best views of the village. The Paella is one of the best (if not the best) of the Valencia region. Make sure you don't miss out on Amparo her deserts, homemade and delicious. (we usually go for the cheesecake).
