This is a list of places we eat. The most important thing about eating out to us is where are we putting our money, who are we supporting and then how good is the food. Living in the midwest has its quarks, but finding good food served by good people shouldn't be one.
The Village Hive is exactly that. It is a hive for the Queen Bees of food in the village of Amherst to make in a community setting, then to serve to us worker bees. WE LOVE THE VILLAGE HIVE! It has a combination of all foods & GF/V/Veg to round it out. You can get local eggs, fresh bread and deserts made in house to set your trip right.
