In the mornings and during the weekend, one can also visit local market to get fresh fruits of the neighbouring soil, where the farmers display vegetables, fruits and the seasonal foods. The Polish-Lithuanian tall tree butter cake similar to Baumkuchen is typical for the Eastertide or Christmas in Poland, but is available on our market throughout the whole year.

In the free time, we reccomend a museum of vintage cars in Otrębusy- the town nearby Milanówek. One finds in there the beautiful models of cars that were popular among the business people, politicians and film-makers of the past epoch. There are models from limited collections, that were designed for celebrities like: Nikita Chruszczow, Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley or Queen of Great Britain. One can also see one of the oldest car models which is made of wood. The engine of this car was run on kerosene, and it could achieve the maximum speed of 5 khm/ or 3.1 mph.
