This classic eatery was built in the basement of the recently renovated State Hospital, an iconic institution of Traverse City. Olives and Wine is the hippest new spot in town. The owners Chien and Ari are fantastic hosts, and they make all of their guests feel like their best friends. Also, the private room in the back is an old bank vault, and the working vault door is still intact!
