Drinks & Nightlife
There is a great nightlife scene in Hudson. You'll almost always find something to do. Most of the venues listed in this category, have at least a bar menu, but others are full on restaurants that transition to bars or clubs later. All bars are in Hudson unless otherwise noted.
*NOTE As we begin recovering from COVID-19 -For guests who would prefer outdoor dining, we have included a list of eating establishments in Hudson or very close by that have substantial outdoor seating. See the list further down.
The bar/lounge for the The Maker Hotel complex. Now that the hotel, cafe, restaurant and gym are fully open, The Maker Lounge stands out among them and is pretty amazing all on its own.
Styled after a bordello/speakeasy (you even enter in back on the corner of 3rd Street and Prison Alley). The patio (with lap pool) is stunning during warm weather. The staff is top notch and the bar food selections are pretty awesome as well. They only let in the number of people who can be seated at any given time. Chef Zac Pellacio started this lower priced Malaysian inspired food which is served here (even late) and it has one of the nicest outdoor gardens in Hudson. Often the last bar open in town.

Like Grandma and Grandpa used to bring you to as a kid. But this time without a cloud of smoke in the dining room. A gem.

At the foot of Warren Street at Front Street, walk up the stairs to the very first park in the nation dedicated purely for its vista. The park is in the middle of a much needed facelift, but you'll come back again and again, for the view.
