Taco Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays! Really great tacos are $2.50-3.00 and include such tacos as beer battered mahi! It's also a bar, and can be a bit loud!

This has a BEAUTIFUL view, and while the drinks are not spectacular (although there is a $2 ladies wine night on Wednesday), the view is spectacular with a great breeze amidst the Kona heat. Definitely watch sunset from here if you can!

A lot of local eats here! They have great offers on "mini plates" in case you didn't want to eat a full plate. You won't see a lot of tourists here.

A bit pricey, but breakfast here is great, as is the spectacular view. This is also a great place to watch the sunset and enjoy some live music.

Drinks & Nightlife

Honestly, there isn't a ton of nightlife in Kona, but this bar is right in the heart of the bars on Ali'i drive. You could start here and wander to the others around the area. Sunsets from this area are stunning.

Parks & Nature

A nice beach that's usually crowded, but the swimming (if the swells aren't too high) is nice. This is some of the bluest water you'll ever see.

Essentials

Safeway is your general run of the mill grocery store. You can get pretty much everything you need here, and Walmart is next door.

You can buy some essentials here close to my house as well as get gas (things are a pricier here than in town!). They also do some breakfast foods, lunch, and dinner. Not a bad place to grab a musubi in the morning.
