In the Asheville River Arts District, this is one of our favorite BBQ places. It's famous for their Blueberry Chipotle ribs, but there are simply no bad choices on the menu. They have odd hours, but it's worth the trouble (11:30 to 6:30, closed weekends). Try their Arden, NC location for Saturday hours. You'll want to leave early, and plan to stay late, as the River Arts District is a one of a kind destination for handmade arts & crafts.
