One of the coolest neighbourhoods in the world - to be more exact it was rated number 21.

But this part of town isn’t just living in the past – the district is also home to Sagene Bryggeri, Norway’s first climate-neutral brewery, and Geitmyra, a sustainable gardening and cookery school for kids.

The best way to explore the city and the old neighbourhoods is by walking. It is not a huge city so you should be able to get across town in 50 minutes.

No need to waste your money on bying water- it is just Norwegian tap water from another area.

If you are planning to cook and enjoy a class of wine, it might be worth bringing some. Alcohol is really expensive in Norway.
