This is a great, local restaurant. Our favorite meal is their fried rice, but their red curry and pad thai are good as well. They are closed on Monday & Tuesday. You can dine in or do pick-up, the restaurant is about 5 minutes away.

Cutest ice cream place in town! Sometimes they have their little monkey hanging out (no, I'm not kidding!) and they have lawn games for the kids. On the weekend they usually have a food truck on site and there is plenty of room to hang out and meet the locals. One unique thing is that they offer adult ice pops + have a plethora of delicious ice cream flavors. They are open as late as 9 pm.

And depending on how far you ride, you will definitely pass through some beautiful scenery while passing through Palatka, Florahome, Keystone Heights and Lake Butler. Each mile is well marked via Mile Markers. Paths are nice, wide and clean.

Small Town Living
Our guests usually come for the piece and quiet of country life and to see and meet the horses. Our town offers old fashioned parades on most holidays, a splash event & fireworks for the 4th of July and a few antique shops, movie theatre and cafes. If you’re looking for more activities, we recommend going to Gainesville (35 min drive) or St Augustine (1.25 hour drive). There are also several state parks and natural springs in the area! People in Starke are very nice and there is very little crime here. It’s the kind of town where people come to raise their families and live simply.
