The "stinky" about trash bins

Dallas recycles. Please help our planet by using the blue bin in your backyard for glass, aluminum cans, and cardboard. Recyclables do not need to be bagged, but can be directly poured into the blue bin. The gray bin is for bagged trash. If you happen to be in the half duplex on Tuesday, the cans can be rolled down the driveway and left in front of the house, then returned to their place after Wednesday morning pickup. It is okay to walk through the duplex neighbor's yard to roll and then return bins, just don't leave a gate open! Please never use a neighbor's trash!

Safety

2 Ring doorbells with cameras and audio recording monitor the front and back door. The doorbells will be on and recording during your stay. Tampering with the Wi-Fi or the doorbells is grounds for immediate cancellation and no refund. No cameras or listening devices are inside the duplex. A carbon monoxide alarm is installed on the wall by the locked closet in the King BR. A flashlight is on another wall. Four smoke alarms are above the doorways in both bedrooms, the living room, and the dining room. A First Aid kit is in the bathroom cabinet.
