This is our favorite breakfast spot in Big Bear. The steel cut oats are wonderful and there are many add-in options to choose from. Coffee is great and Outside tables are peaceful little area.

I love this place! It is right on the water so the view is just breathtaking. There is also a dog beach right in front of the Boathouse so expect to see plenty of dogs.
