Great food made from scratch at a counter-service restaurant with good service. The atmosphere and neighborhood are unique and worth checking out. Jason highly recommends the strawberry milkshake and Cyndie recommends the lamb burger. SO so good!

Great indoor/outdoor venue even when it's hot! This family-friendly place has live music, dancing, food, and a couple of full bars. They use misters to keep the temperatures down even when it's miserable outside. Get in line to order food right away because it takes a long, time.

I highly recommend this local-owned craft beer venue. It has a coffee shop atmosphere which makes it a great place to chat with a friend or to do some work on your computer while enjoying a beer or three. Food here is simple, but great as well. They also have live music some evenings. The owner absolutely knows a thing or two about beer!

They also have live music some evenings. The owner absolutely knows a thing or two about beer!
We haven't tried this one, but a guest recently came back very, very happy after eating here. It's on our list of must-try places.

This place offers the unique experience of watching hundreds of bats fly out of their "cave" at dusk to hunt. Make sure to go early enough to take a little stroll off the path to find the viewing area. It is not well marked.

They will sell you up to 100 rounds of ammo for range use if you don't have your own. This place is well managed and very safe.

This aquarium is in the Mills Mall. It costs about $15 per person, which is cheaper than the other aquarium in town. It's a fun way to spend about an hour and a half. And the mall is great!
