Swansea beach is all but a 5 minute walk away from the apartment and boasts a 5 mile stretch to the iconic Mumbles pier and her beaches. Along its promenade you have the option of hopping onto a Santander bike where, should you wish, cycle the full length of the beach to Mumbles.

Rhossili Bay lies at the western end of the beautiful Gower peninsula. 3 miles of golden sands, iconic landscapes including Worms Head and Rhossili Down and history everywhere- from neolithic through to the more recent, including home to Edgar Evans. Its a walker's dream with routes in all directions, including the Welsh coastal path. The beach is dog friendly all year round and the whole area is beautiful whatever the weather.

The landmark 3,500 capacity indoor arena will soon be attracting some of the world’s top music acts and theatre productions to the city of Swansea when doors open in late 2021. Appointed as the operator of this brand-new music and theatre venue, ATG will bring its vast network and programming scale to create a diverse content mix of music, comedy, gaming and sport for Swansea’s first indoor arena. With 2,000m² of exhibition space to host 2,500 people with a full dining experience catering for 750, Swansea Arena will be the perfect venue for meetings, away days, graduations, conferences and AGMs The indoor arena will be one of the major landmark attractions of the overall Swansea Central development site ‘Copr Bay’ which will also include new shops, restaurants, two new multi-storey car parks for almost 1,000 cars, city centre apartments, 1.1 acre parkland, and a ‘gateway’ landmark pedestrian bridge over Oystermouth Road to improve connections between the City and the beach
