Beach

Calangute Beach is one of the busiest and the most commercialized beaches in North Goa and is known as the “Queen of Beaches”. Take a walk on the beach and you’ll find a number of restaurants and shacks on the shoreline, each with their own sunbeds. You’ll have no trouble finding a good place to hang out and eat, here. The beach stretches 7 km (4.3 miles) along the Arabian sea and offers you an opportunity to enjoy different activities, like water surfing, sailing, jet skiing and paragliding. Start your holiday in seventh heaven!

Baga beach is an extension of Calangute Village and, still, one of the more popular beaches of Goa. This beach sees throngs of tourists, all year round, who come for Baga’s brown sand and fun activities. You can join in the water sports here, which include parasailing, windsurfing, jet skiing and water skiing, as well as dolphin cruises. The period from November to February is the most pleasant time to visit Baga Beach, but also the busiest.
