Our closest mountain, a great walk with a bit of scrambling. The classic route starts in Horton or you can do a shorter walk if you drive up through Stainforth. It should be taken seriously though, it is very easy to confuse the path at the summit in cloudy weather and there is lengthy rocky / scrambling section which is not for those with vertigo. You need to be reasonably physically fit and know how to read an OS map. Check the Clapham cave and mountain rescue (CRO) website for more information.
