Go at low tide (before lunch) to experience the perfect tidal pool and have a great swim! Make sure to bring water proof bags so that you can enjoy the waters. Entrance fee is at Php 50; parking is available and there are nearby restos and cottages available there.

Even if you are not a surfer, you must visit Cloud 9 to see those gorgeous waves!! You might just try to get yourself a surfing class which runs for Php 500/per hour (comes with instructor and a surf board).
Entrance fee is Php 50.
