This apartment is an established holiday property offering one large double bedroom and a good size twin room. The property is located in Sandbanks, famous for its high property values, you'll find the beach is sandy and flat with shallow waters making it a popular site for water sports, especially windsurfing and parasailing. Take the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland and head up to Old Harry Rocks where you'll be greeted with amazing views of the coastline. On the way back why not stop and quench your thirst in the local pub or even have a spot of lunch. Poole town centre has an abundance of shops to suit all tastes and budgets. Head down to Poole Quay and you'll find plenty to see and do, play in the amusements, catch the land train or take a boat over to Brownsea Island. The Island is home to the endangered red squirrel and offers lovely walks and views of the harbour. If you fancy going further afield you can even catch a ferry to Jersey. Poole Park offers tennis courts, a miniature railway and an indoor soft play centre for children. The summer months see Poole come alive with weekly firework displays from the Quay and Sandbanks, speedway events, weekly bike meets- where you can come and find the biker in you and evening boat trips around the harbour. Head to Bournemouth town centre and you'll find cinemas, the Pavilion theatre, Bournemouth International Centre and a variety of places to eat and drink. Head down to pier approach and you'll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. This brand new high end luxury house is located on the world famous sandbanks peninsula. Only a few minutes walk to the golden sand and award wining blue flag beaches and just a 3 minute walk to the beautiful and world renowned rick stein restaurant. The space offers 4 generous bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and 2 large entertaining spaces. The kitchen is also well appointed with everything you will need. We also boast a very large garden which is well suited for children
A rare find on the sandbanks peninsula is the huge private outside space plus parking for multiple cars. The stunning location and beautiful finishes should meet all expectations. Downstairs offers 2 large sociable areas with a big open plan kitchen, sit up bar, dining and day room and a comfortable separate living room with huge TV! The living room now boasts a large corner sofa and also another corner sofa bed which contains a pull out double bed. Three of the four bedrooms are equipped with their own tv's, 2 are en-suite and 2 share the family bathroom. The front bedrooms over look the royal motor yacht club with a lovely view of the boats and the harbour. There is lots of soft mood lighting, feature windows, Italian porcelain, marble and luxury carpets throughout. The wraparound corner plot offer several outside spaces including a patio and large lawn, plus ample off road parking. Guests can really spread out in the house without feeling cramped or on top of each other. Guests will have private access to the entire property We like to leave guests to enjoy their own privacy but we are available and local should you need any help during your stay. we have a travel cot and high chair at the house if needed.
Sandbanks is in the top 4 most expensive places in the world to live....why? Because it is a fantastic place to be!! This house is surrounded by some of the most beautiful and expensive houses in the UK. More importantly than this it is surrounded by the nicest and cleanest beaches in the whole of the UK on the shores of one of the largest natural harbours in the world. Sandbanks is the ultimate 'staycation' !

Everything you need for self-catering, just arrive ready for fun :) Loads of long sandy beaches, fab walks, bike riding & every water sport you can wish for - there are oodles of things to do in any weather.
    My apartment has everything you need in it from an iron & ironing board to corkscrew and a coffee machine. There is a dishwasher / washing machine /fridge freezer and all the cutlery / plates / pans you will need to have a complete self catering experience. The double bedroom has a TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers also room for the travel cot. The single bedroom which has BUNK BEDS , however they are large enough to suit adults as well. There is a travel cot if required and a high chair. The sitting room has a TV and music player. There are a few toys, books and games also lots of information on local places to visit and eat. There is a balcony accessed by double doors from the sitting room and a great place to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
    Sandbanks is unique in it's geography and location. It has an amazing history and also loads to do. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty and a short distance is the National Trust area of Studland full of wildlife and more beautiful beaches. It is also the beginning of the Jurassic Coastline with areas for fossil collecting. Arne is also close by, an area in Poole Harbour famous for bird watching, recently featured by Winter Watch on BBC1

    Haven Court is ideal family holiday accommodation, nestling in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the iconic Jurassic coastline. The tranquil , newly-renovated two-bedroom top-floor apartment (sleeps five) is situated in a block of five apartments over two floors. The Upside Down House has a bespoke layout which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.
    Entrance level/First Floor: Entrance hall which leads to a large double bedroom with an en-suite bath room with a separate double walk in shower. The bedroom has a private balcony with views across the harbour. Also on this level is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Lower/garden level: Downstairs there is a large bedroom with twin beds and harbour views. A spacious shower room with a double sized walk in shower. On this level, there is also a utility room and access to the garden and the garage. Second/top floor: On this level is a large open plan space which incorporates the kitchen, dining and lounge with access onto a balcony with far reaching harbour views. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and a range cooker.     Ovgar Starboard The cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps six people. There is a nice enclosed garden and parking for a number of cars. There's one superking and two twin bedrooms. Dogs welcome. Port and Starboard can be booked together for a large family needing accommodation up to 12.
    Ovgar Starboard Starboard is a spacious semi detached cottage which is set in a secluded grove of pine trees right in the heart of Sandbanks Peninsula. The cottage was built over 100 years ago and in recent years was divided into two, now named Port and Starboard. They have been lovingly modernised by the current owners with a fresh, bright interior and coastal charm and each has a nice enclosed garden so great for the dog. Starboard is a short walk away from the famous Blue Flag beach and close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which includes restaurants, cafes, and watersports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events and the rural countryside of the Purbecks and the Jurassic Coast. Entrance A private drive leads up to the cottage. There is a large parking area to the front of the property which will easily accommodate up to 6 cars, this is also ideal for a boat and trailer. Ground Floor The front door leads to an entrance hall. The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area is fresh and bright. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The large, solid wood dining table comfortably seats six and the living area has comfortable sofas and a TV. There is also a utility room with a washer and w/c. First Floor On this floor there are three decent sized bedrooms, one superking and two twins. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over and there is a separate w/c. The Garden Accessed from the living room, the garden is pretty with mature planting and there is a decked area with outside seating for six.

Head down to pier approach and you’ll find plenty to see and do, if you can manage to tear yourself away from the seven miles of golden sand why not take a stroll on the pier, play in the amusements, go on an underwater adventure at the Oceanarium or even catch the land train to Boscombe. Stroll through Bournemouth gardens and you’ll come across mini golf, a bandstand, aviary and the Bournemouth eye, a tethered balloon with large passenger carrier attached which flies high above the skyline and offers spectacular views. Further afield you'll find the spectacular Jurassic coastline (a world heritage site). Corfe Castle, The New Forest, Swanage and Southampton are all within easy travelling distance for a great day out.
