Tucked in the Blue Ridge mountains with lake and mountain views, our cabin offers you a wonderful retreat. It sits on over an acre OUTSIDE of the Rumbling Bald Resort gate and features all amenities the resort has to offer. While it may feel remote from civilization, it is just a couple of minutes from the resort. Property is ideal for large family vacations.

The Artful Dodger Getaway Cabin Charming & Unique

Our cabin is in the gated Riverbend community on a quiet wooded lot and is very cozy and comfortable inside and out. It is perfect for a couple's getaway from city hustle and bustle. Wildlife abounds in the area. Inside are all the comforts of home, including a very comfortable Sealy memory foam king mattress. There is a big Ingles and several restaurants nearby. Chimney Rock and the lake (Lake Lure) are under repair and closed for the season. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

Riverbend is a private gated neighborhood featuring the Upper Hickory Nut Lake and is centrally located to numerous area attractions and mountain towns: 10 min from Lake Lure Public Beach, 15 min from Chimney Rock State Park/ Village of Chimney Rock, 25 minutes from Tryon International Equestrian Center. Only 50 min to Asheville, Hendersonville, Saluda , and Black Mountain.

This is a new custom built log home. It has a wonderful Lodge feel with a hint of the West and South West. It has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new mattresses, a wonderful living room, with an electric fireplace and flat screen tv with Dish. The basement has a great living room area, and lots of things to do....Foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey, etc. PLEASE, NO PETS. A violation fee will apply for non compliance.
