The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

The Art Shed is a rennovated brick barn in a quiet, rural location just a 20 min drive from the centre of Lincoln.
