Situated on edge of historic town, home of the Dad’s Army museum and British Trust for Ornithology (BTO). Close to Thetford forest for walking, cycling and bird watching. On the Norfolk cycle route - Rebellion Way. Ideally situated for the Peddars Way walk. East Anglian Coast within easy reach. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Uninterrupted views from bi-fold doors to the private patio, mature garden and meadows. Tranquil and private, great for birdwatching. Table and chairs on patio for your own use. Sorry, no TV or wifi.

You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance

Situated in the quietest of settings, in the beautiful rural county of Suffolk, enjoying views of the peaceful countryside from its idyllic isolated setting. From this restful hideaway one can explore the many local footpaths and lanes on foot or visit nearby attractions by car or bicycle. This is a landscape of windmills, churches and nature reserves, with steam attractions, sports' venues and a wealth of local shops, pubs and eateries easily accessible.

The Chestnuts Pod with private garden.

The pod is located in its private, self contained area at the end of the large garden of our mid-terrace house. The pod has all facilities provided including fridge, microwave, toaster and TV. Beside the pod is an electric George Foreman Grill.The bathroom has an electric compact shower with mains supplied water and toilet. The garden is secluded, peaceful and full of wildlife. The pod also has its own private parking space and free WiFi.
