Rummelsburger See: aluguel por temporada de apartamento (condo)

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement. Het was schoon, ruim en lag op een top locatie in de stad. We hebben vooral genoten van het balkon! We kwamen laat aan, maar dat was geen probleem. We zouden zeker een keer terugkomen!

Everything was great, the apartement is fully equiped and bed is very confortable. the terrace benefits the sun during the day. transportation is less than 10mn by walk. and the spree is at 5mn. It is a very calm neighbor very good to chill. Mirco is very accessible and friendly (living the same building). It just could be a bit hot inside during high temperature. I Totally recommand for short or midlong stays (especially great for several weeks!).

Apartamento muy bien ubicado. Cocina y baño bien dotados y limpios. Zona muy tranquila. Susan excelente anfitriona, muy pendiente en todo momento.Tuvimos una estancia encantadora. ¡Volveremos!

Ideal location for visiting Berlin, lots of restaurants close by, as well as public transport and a public park. The apartment has a spacious living room and is well equipped for cooking. The small terrace must be very pleasant especially in the summer. Great place to stay, in a quiet street

Appartamento situato in un caratteristico palazzo, ristrutturato ma che ha mantenuto la sua storia. Comodo per gli spostamenti perché vicino alla fermata della metro. È un monolocale ma ben organizzato e il letto sul soppalco è una simpatica soluzione. Bagno molto ampio con comoda doccia. Manca la TV, ma per chi vuole visitare Berlino non serve... Esperienza ottima!!!

Super Lage der Wohnung, alles gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhige Seitenstraße mitten in Berlin. Barbara hat super schnell geantwortet und hat einen freundlich an der Wohnung begrüßt und eine kleine Einweisung gegeben. Alles Top gepflegt würde ich genauso wieder buchen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Alles war sauber und ruhig und sehr bequem. Alles ist innerhalb 30 min erreichbar plus dass die Gegend an sich selbst wunderschön ist! Meine Partnerin war zum 1 mal in berlin und fand es ebenfalls super! Gerne wieder !!

Notre séjour chez Anjeeza a été très agréable. L'appartement est très lumineux avec toutes les commodités à l'intérieur et même une petite terrasse. il est situé juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus et d'un supermarché. La promenade près de la rivière est très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anjeeza et nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage in Kreuzberg - viele Cafés, Restaurants etc. befinden sich in Gehweite und auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit Sascha hat super geklappt, die Anweisungen zum Checkin waren klar und er hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet.

This apartment was one of my absolute favorite Airbnbs ever. The location along the monumental Karl-Marx-Allee on the eastern side of Berlin is both convenient (just a block away from two U-Bahn subway stops) and historically fascinating. The building itself — a showpiece of Stalinist architecture in the former DDR — is equally fascinating and evocative of a bygone era. And the apartment itself is a gem, with midcentury modern design, an excellent library, and even a superb grand piano. Anyone who might be interested in experiencing a taste of the former East Berlin should strongly consider staying here. Just outstanding.

Nous avons passé un week-end mémorable à Berlin. Le logement correspondait en tout point à ce que nous recherchions : du confort, du calme et de l'espace (nous étions 6), et sa localisation pour profiter pleinement de l'ambiance des quartiers de Friedrichshain et de Kreuzberg de jour comme de nuit ! Merci à Tara & Léo pour leur réactivité, leur souplesse et leurs conseils :)

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr charmanten Quartier mit vielen tollen kleinen Lokalen und an einen netten Park. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung extrem ruhig im obersten Geschoss, Treppenlaufen ist angesagt, aber es lohnt sich sehr!! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war super!! Danke

Die Wohnung es richtig geräumig und sauber. Die Lage war perfekt, weil wir mit dem Auto da waren. Marga ließ alles für uns schön vorbereiten mit Wasser, Kuchen und Blumen. Meine Oma hat sich richtig gefreut, denn die hat mit uns ihren 90. Geburtstag gefeiert und sie haben all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Danke!

Aaron bor i en rigtig berlinsk kunstnerlejlighed i byens mest inspirerende kvarter. Her er rent og fyldt med hans ting - meget god stemning. Han er superimødekommende og vi anbefaler ham varmt.

El alojamiento de Cecila y Jarl es como en las fotos, ellos son muy relajados y permiten que utilices toda la casa, la habitacion es cómoda. En persona solo conocimos a Jarl qué fue muy amigable y respetuoso, Cecilia estuvo presente por mensajes. Fue fácil comunicarnos en inglés, la casa tiene una energía muy linda y ellos también, es todo muy silencioso. Nos sentimos como en casa. Los volveríamos a elegir! Gracias a ambos!

Super Buen alojamiento para grupos de 9 personas, muy bueno el espacio y la atención, el lugar está cerca de un metro que recorre todo Berlín, el entorno es maravillo, además de la atención y cuidados del anfitrión muy recomendable
