Rotterdam Noord: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern für 10 Tage im Haus. Das Haus ist zu fünft gut zu bewohnen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Garten lädt zum Frühstücken und verweilen ein. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell am Strand in Zandvoort, alleine die Fahrt dorthin mit dem Rad ist schon toll. Auch zum Supermarkt ist man schnell mit dem Rad gefahren. Für die Kinder gibt es sehr viel Spielzeug und auch ein Basketballkorb vor dem Haus, der sehr gut angekommen ist. Ich könnte noch sehr viel mehr schreiben, aber mache es kurz. Wir würden wieder kommen!😊

Traumhaftes Haus in perfekter Lage zwischen Nordsee, Amsterdam und der kleinen, super schönen Stadt Haarlem. Wohnliche Einrichtung, viel Platz und gutes Entertainment für Kinder machen das Haus perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit nettem Garten. Vic ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Es stand auch Kaffee in der Machine für uns bereit und eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank, vielen Dank! Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Selten haben wir ein so sauberes Haus mieten können. Wir haben es als sehr angenehm empfunden, keine persönlichen Dinge der Hausbewohner zu sehen. Die Kleiderschränke waren leer mit vielen Bügeln, also auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, danke!! Es gibt genug Parkplätze und man kann mit Hund direkt zu Fuß vom Haus starten. Das Meer ist sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen . Wir waren in Den Haag und Rotterdam. Der TV funktionierte nicht, ist jedoch sicherlich schnell zu beheben. Vic hat sich schnell mit Tips gemeldet. Wir konnten per Screen mirroring trotzdem von unserem Samsung auf NETFLIX zugreifen. Wir waren zu sechst bei Lizet und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben und wenn wir Fragen hatten, egal welcher Art, stand Lizet mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Vorort, der jedoch super angebunden ist. Wir wollten Amsterdam und Umgebung anschauen und dafür war es die perfekte Location: Mit Bus (alle 7-10 Minuten) und Metro (alle 7 Minuten) ist man sehr schnell in Amsterdam, aber auch gut bspw. an Haarlem angebunden, wodurch man schnell am Meer ist. Der Vorteil war, dass man dann einen ruhigen Abend am Haus verbringen könnte oder im Ort essen, ohne Touristen zu begegnen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es auch wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

La ubicacion es muy Buena, esta a 15 minutos caminando. La casa tiene de todos, incluso los niños se lo passaron muy Bien con los juguetes de los huespedes. Cocina muy completa y los baños tambien, muy recomendable para familias

We hebben ons direct thuis gevoeld. Een heerlijk ruim huis, alles wat je nodig hebt, is er. Super fijne keuken om zelf in te koken. In deze kersttijd was het huis bijzonder passend ingericht met prachtige kerstboom. De ligging is perfect, te voet in de stad, tram naar Scheveningen en lekkers inkopen direct om de hoek. En verrassend genoeg is het er erg rustig. Wij waren met 6 personen (ouders, 2 zonen en hun vriendinnen). We waren allemaal reuze blij en tevreden. Wij komen beslist terug!

We have just got back from a perfect family holiday at Marisca's house. The house is spacious and despite only being a couple of minutes walk/cycle ride to the town centre with shops, including supermarkets, delicious ice cream parlours and numerous restaraunts, the street is very peaceful with fr parking on the square or outside the house. The house is within easy reach of the big cities either by car, public transport or by bike. We used the park and ride to get into Ansterdam for the day. This only cost around €15 which included the return metro for 5 people. The highlight for us was the cycle ride to the wonderful beach at Wassenaareslag which took about 20 mins along safe cycle lanes (the UK needs these!) from Marisca's house. Communication with Marisca was fantastic the instructions were easy to follow and she reponds to any questions quickly via Wattsapp. Thankyou to Marisca and her family for letting us stay in your beautiful house to explore The Netherlands at our own pace.

The house was super great and almost more beautiful than in the photos. The information folder about the house, the surrounding area etc. was very helpful. We were also very happy about the drinks provided and the Nespresso set up! Sander was very easy to reach and always responded very quickly, helpfully and sympathetically.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and was well equipped with all of the amenities we were looking for. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful for anything that we needed. In particular, the black out shades in the bedroom helped us get a great night's sleep every night. The location was superb, great restaurants and grocery stores were right outside of our door. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Très bel appartement, situé dans un quartier calme près de l'Oosterpark. Une grande terrasse très appréciable pour les soirées. Le tout à 15 min en vélo de la gare, des musées... Merci Petra pour votre accueil et votre confiance.

It's a really special place. The house feels like the 17th C beauty it is, but there is nothing janky or tired about it. A lot of very thoughtful work has been put in. It is light-filled, beautifully cared-for, and perfectly incorporates all modern luxeries. The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. We had a terrific week there, can't recommend it more highly.

El apartamento es luminoso, cómodo y está bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Está en un lugar tranquilo del centro histórico, a pocos minutos de la zona más turística y a solo 10 minutos de la estación central de trenes (a pie). El anfitrión ha sido muy amable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

A fantastic stay at Annette' s place that is spacious and peaceful. Annette is very responsible, easily available for any enquiries and accommodated us very well. Despite the 12 minutes walk from the train station, the place is well located close to the beach and centrum. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Von Reinigungsmitteln, duschgel, Shampoo, Bergen von weichen Handtüchern. Es war wirklich alles da. Ganz herzlicher Empfang, tolle und schnelle Kommunikation. Die Matraze ist sehr gut, TV viele Programme sogar prime und Netflix. Gemütlicher Balkon. sehr ruhig. Die Treppe ist tatsächlich steil, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit liebe Jacqueline.

Clean and cozy just like we expected. The location to vondelpark was superb. Easy to find and a beautiful street. Felt safe staying there.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben direkt am Strand, einmal über die Straße und die Aussicht morgens toll. Strandbars zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vom Check in bis Check out war alles super. Katy war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bilder. Und liegt unweit vom Meer. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen!!

We had a fantastic stay at this flat! It looked exactly as shown in the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from our daughter’s place, which made everything super convenient. Access from the street was straightforward, and the lift to the 3rd floor made getting in and out with luggage easy. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this flat, and we’ll definitely be back!

Very good accomodation for the last minute booking for high season! On the beach, with big balcony and very close to all you need, direct in the center of the town. Parking is paid, bur directly near the entrance. Also you can park in 15 minutes walk free of charge. No place for our clothes in the bedroom, but we stay only 2 nights and it is not critical. Self check-in and self check-out is very comfortable!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Amsterdam - und die Wohnung liegt super ruhig, aber trotzdem ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Spiel- und Fußballplatz gegenüber hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Dank an die Gastgeber, sie waren sehr freundlich ind immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!!
