Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

En-suite Rural Log Cabin

Purpose built wooden cabin providing an en suite bedroom, in the garden, tucked up behind the brook. Sleeps up to 3 people with the addition of an airbed (2 adults and 1 child), and enjoys views of the surrounding garden and brook. You are actually right next to the babbling brook, to lull you off to sleep! We currently have no WiFi due to local storm damage. The cabin is a 7 minute walk from Tanglewood Wild Garden which ranks as number 5 in Tripadvisor’s 10 top attractions in Penzance.

Carbis Bay beach and train station are a short walk away. The famous fishing town of St.Ives is 5 minutes away by car or hop on the local train and enjoy the magnificent coastal views.

We are located less than a 5 minute walk to St Erth railway station, with links to St Ives [15 minutes] and the rest of the South West. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over and a separate downstairs cloakroom. This home benefits from a large unoverlooked garden laid to lawn. With patio furniture, loungers and a BBQ. Dog friendly 2 dogs.

Sandpiper is a stunning duplex penthouse apartment, perfectly situated to sit back and take in the spectacular panoramic views stretching from St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse. This idyllic apartment is just a few minutes walk to Carbis Bay beach and the South West Coastal path, making it ideal for walkers. St Erth Trainline is half a mile away and there is a bus stop at the end of our lane making the rest of the Cornish countryside easy to access.

The loft is down a private lane which is very quiet with stunning rural views, it is nestled under The National Trust renowned beauty spot, Trencrom Hill. Parking for a car and a sitting out area. It is above a garage so has restricted height. A perfect location to explore West Cornwall with a short 10 minute drive to St Ives and Penzance and many well know beaches including Gwithian and Mounts Bay
