This spacious 2 bed, apartment boasts the best views of Carlingford Bay. It's located on the beach, next door to the Balmoral hotel which has a Michelin star restaurant and fabulous Irish pub. We also have a 3 bed apartment in the same townhouse, ideal for large groups, weddings and events.

O espaço

The beautiful beach fronted Victorian town-house was lovingly renovated in 2015. This apartment is located on the 1st floor, the open plan lounge, dinning, kitchen are flooded with light and it's so close to the beach it feels like you're on a boat. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a double and a single. The twin room has beds that can be locked together to create a king bed. The bathroom has both a walk in shower and tub.

The building houses our 2 vacation rentals and office space. The ground floor offices have their own entrance. The grand stained glass entrance hall is exclusively for the 2 vacation apartments. Sandy shoes, buckets and spades can be left in the hall along with strollers or sports equipment.

Both apartments can be booked together accommodating a total of 12 people. Perfect for weddings and events.

Acesso dos hóspedes

There's free Wi-Fi, beach towels, buckets and spades and picnic box. The East Coast activity centre is located opposite the apartment. The Balmoral hotel is next door and our guests can opt to have breakfast there if they wish. The Whistledown Hotel is 3 doors away. There's plenty of great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. If you are in need of some pampering or detoxing try the new Seaweed spa just 100 yards away. Alternatively ride a kayak or banana boat, or just sip a perfect Guinness and laugh at people falling of the banana boat : )

It's so lovely to arrive at a place that looks fabulous online to find that it is fabulous in real life too. The apartment was perfectly located, beautifully decorated, really comfortable and bigger than expected. Julie was a great host and even left us with some groceries which was a lovely unexpected surprise. I'd highly recommend Julie's apartment if you're looking to stay somewhere convenient, comfortable and stylish.

Wonderful views of the lough. Very comfortable spacious apartment which is very well resourced in term of cooking utensils etc. There were only 3 of us but it would comfortable accomodate 5 people. Julie is extremely helpful if there are any queries.

Wonderful apartment in a brilliant location overlooking the sea. Apartment very clean and well stocked. Easily walkable to lots of places.

We loved the apartment, the view was stunning over the Lough. Well equipped and spacious. Both bedrooms were quiet.

Die Unterkunft war sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Bilder! Eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer! Innenstadt und Nightlife direkt vor der Tür, schlafen konnte man beruhigt nach hinten raus. Wunderschöne Räume, moderne Küche und alles sehr sauber. Vielen Dank Julie, es hätte nicht besser sein können!

We loved Julie's Warrenpoint flat! The view is amazing and the living room/kitchen area is filled with beautiful natural light. The place is spacious and Julie was very helpful and accommodating.

We work in the music industry, we were based in Manchester, England for many years but came back to Ireland in 2013 to raise our kids. We also have a place in Athens, Georgia, USA where we escape to and hang out with our friends and family when we can.
