This room is by far my favourite, it has a cozy feel to me. It has a double bed, wooden flooring, and a very large closet that whole all your luggage and addition items that needs storing.

Aashwin was aware that the room was not the one he was getting and was clearly a asked if he wanted to go ahead as the room he was booking was not available. As a matter of fact the room he got which he fully utilized as a play area for his child was the largest room and more appropriate for a child as it was more spaciosu than the one he was booking. Aashwin also had the privilege of seeing the room before he moved in and knew exactly what he was getting , his only concern was to ensure there was a television license which he agreed to pay and did not pay. I paid for it. Whenever asked if everything was okay he said it was. Our disagreement was on the care pf the place and respect to rules not hi having a child at the apartment. It was clarified both by myself and the airbnb team that I complaint to that the problems was not with the child but with him allowing the child to play with the kitchen utensils and fridge magnets as any parent would agree that is not an appropriate play area or tool for a child. I did not provide wrong photos. The house had three rooms on the listing two were taking off. I am not sure what happen and why he was allowed to originally booked an inquiry. I apologized before the reservation was made told him the link to the room that was available and he saw the room before moving in an agreed to go ahead. Guest should not be allowed to say these misinformation about host especially when there are disagreements, reviews are meant to be honest and not malicious, not when a guest agrees to a booking and saw what he was getting and the opportunity to decline but agreed to it, especially when conversation can be traced on airbnb as proof. Again he booked a room that was not available, he was offered something else that he agreed to take that was more spacious and appropriate for a child running around. He not only saw the other room but he said it in person and had ample time to reject it. You were not deceived and the room you agreed to take is as advertised, even better. Hot water is not available for one hour a day. Airbnb should allow me to post the complaints I have re hot water and Mr Aashwins treatment of the property if he is allowed to make these allegation. His wastage and usage of the heating was unacceptable. The hot water goes of fat 10.00 am and comes on at 4:00 p.m. which lasted for a full house previously even after it was adjusted he continued to waste the water leaving the pipe running on hot water and apologizing that they forgot. Host are sharing their homes at a cost d should not be expected to host unreasonable guest who disrespect their homes, rules and the bills they have to pay. It is pointless in granting a guest a discount who agrees to comply and does not who leaves the heating on all day while they are out and leaves your water running not even a hotel accommodates such behavior. I have never mislead anyone Aashwin already lives in London this makes it even worst he is familiar with the bus system. I have never mislead any of my guests o the distance the nearest tube station is 10 - 15 minutes away base don traffic he should have read the details and he knows London. I do not hold deposits all deposits are held by airbnb and after the messed that Aashwin left and his unpaid tv license bill he should to receive all is money back another clear sign that he does not read the policies not even for aibnb. I do not hold the deposit and he should know how long it is held for before refund. I am deeply disturbed after going against the obvious to let him leave before time. I have no problems with reviews when they are honest and not meant to be intentionally malicious.
