MARCH-APRIL DAILY. Medicine Hill is a 136 acre farm on the Sandy River complete with a swimming hole and an entire island to explore. We grow vegetables, herbs & flowers. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Perfect spot for a quiet and fun family trip. 250 yards from the Whistle Stop Trail for snowmobiling, snowshoeing and x-country skiing. 30-45 minutes from 5 ski areas(Titcomb, Sugarloaf,Sun River, Black Mountain and Lost Valley) 100 yards from the Androscoggin River and 1/4 mile to where you can drop in a Kayak or canoe. Walk to a waterfall. Huge yard for family fun, parking etc! Ride your ATV/snow machine straight to trails!

Renovated circa 1920 carriage house in a quaint New England college town. Eight-minute walk to busy downtown with restaurants, bars, shops, and grocery store. Elegant contemporary style. Open concept downstairs with sofa, daybed (napping in the sun!), and chef-designed kitchen. Second level with two queen beds and small balcony. Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

Come play Pickleball with just a quick walk over to the courts, driving not necessary!Close to downtown Waterville, Colby College, Thomas College, UMaine Farmington. 2 min from Messalonskee Lake boat launch where you can boat, kayak, canoe, & ice fish. Proximity to ski mountains, Titcomb, Black Mountain, Sugar Loaf & Sunday River. Please note BBQ is only accessible May-October.

We take great pride in providing a stay that you will remember for years to come. Our moose house is well-stocked with all essential amenities and a few extra surprises! Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Cozy House in Waterville

Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv/Apple TV. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

The Barnhouse with hot tub

Get away with your whole family at this peaceful home in the country. Hear the frogs chirping in the pond, birds tweeting in the treetops and watch chickens roam around. Enjoy the clear, starry nights while relaxing in the hot tub or cozying up by the fire. Centrally located between coast and mountains. Head a hour north to take the family hiking or on the slopes to enjoy the mountains. Head 40 minutes south to take in the coast and see the iconic Maine lighthouse.

Welcome to the Lake House! 5 bedrooms. Access to a mooring. Full bathroom and kitchen with accessories. Bedrooms have locked doors & Wi-Fi. The house has a Deck and Docks, 8 foot by 10 foot floating Island, BBQ Grill. Lakeside Bon Fire Pit. Full bath, 30 feet from Lake! 2 entrances, 3 Kayaks, Fishing/Swimming. Nice neighbors including Camp Manitou, Matoaka and Somerset. Near Public Boat Landing & country store. I reside nearby, and will help with any issues.

Sterling House

1960’s Cape in a quiet, centrally located neighborhood. We are licensed with the City of Waterville as a STR. Sleeps (7) comfortably. Less than two miles to Waterville’s Downtown area with several restaurants and bars, Waterville Opera House, Colby College, Thomas College as well as MaineGeneral Thayer Hospital. We are a pet-free home with NO central A/C - fans only. Landscaping: We have a lawn service every other Wednesday between 7:30am and 9am.

Close to hiking, Sugarloaf, ME IT Snowmobile trails is .03 miles away,located between Farmington, Skowhegan, and Augusta If your looking for someone to take you on a hike, and or short kayaking trip, pontoon ride around Lake Wassookeag. moose head lake on a Saturday or Sunday , (with a fee) just let us know

Sandy River Valley Farm House

Cozy home in the western Maine mountains with cable internet/wifi and a heat pump for cool air in the summer. Close to Rangeley (30 minutes) and Sugarloaf (40 minutes). Our property is very close to snowmobile trails that are part of the Maine Snowmobile Association. We welcome dogs!
