You'll be staying in our mother in law suite. A bright, sunny, fully furnished, basement apartment. There's a private entrance with self check in and free parking on sight. We are conveniently located near Old Town, CSU and the paved Poudre Bike Trails. Offering a clean comfortable bed, bathroom and kitchenette for light cooking. Because of our location we do not have access to Wi-Fi, but we do have a nice big screen tv with Direct TV and a VHS collection +player for entertainment.

This unit is owned in weekly Saturday-to-Saturday intervals, so all reservations must be made within that same interval. I can sometimes accommodate less than a full week, as long as you book at least 5 nights that fall within a Saturday-to-Saturday week. PLEASE: Only one pet allowed on the premises with the registered guest.
