The location is very convenient if you’re visiting Rochester for appointments at Mayo Clinic. It was a short walk to my appointments at the Gonda Building and there are many restaurants within walking distance too. Jackie was extremely helpful and responsive.

This place is just a hidden gem in Rochester in a beautiful community. The surroundings and sidewalks around the forest are amazing! The place is very new, quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. Would recommend it for whoever is looking for a luxury place in a very quiet and surrounded by nature area.

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with very comfortable beds. The private rooftop patio was a so enjoyable. It is within walking distance of downtown Rochester restaurants and Mayo Clinic buildings. Just an across the footbridge to Mayo Park you can easily access the skywalk and subway system of the Mayo buildings by entering the Civic Center. Kevin and Anika were very very responsive to any question we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apartment is a great find!

We stayed at this conveniently located place for 6 weeks to help our family member recover from major surgery at the Mayo Clinic. We felt right at home and very supported by the thoughtful way Jeff and Stephanie have furnished the place, including height-adjustable beds, a shower stool and grab bars, and two comfortable electric recliners in the living room in front of a large TV. The bonus space in the partially finished basement provided extra space for privacy when needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive and generous in providing assistance when we needed it, sometimes even before we realized we needed it (such as a heads up about a coming snowstorm). As other reviews have noted, there is a small flat upstairs that is separately rented as an Airbnb (which we also have stayed in in the past, very cute) and so there was some sound of footsteps from time to time. It was easy to adjust to the sound though and everyone was respectful. Highly recommended!

Bao’s house was perfect for our stay. Very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close to Mayo. Bao was very responsive and helpful with questions. Would definitely stay here again if we have a long term stay in Rochester.

The home was clean, quiet and spacious. The listing was accurate and we found most everything that we needed. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. WARNING: The "light switch" by the door in the laundry/utility room is not a light switch. It is the power switch for the furnace. If you instinctively turn it off as you leave the room in the evening, you may have a rude/cold awakening in the morning. Don't ask us how we know :^). Also, the mattresses on all four of the beds were in good condition but are memory foam. This may or may not be important to you, but it is good to know if you aren't a fan of this style of mattress. We enjoyed our stay and will include this home in our short list for any future stays.

I was looking for somewhere affordable to stay for several days, while receiving treatment at the Mayo Clinic, this listing was lower than the cheapest hotel. And, wow! A wonderfully cozy, little home that completely lived up to the listing. All of the essentials were there. There were plenty of blankets/towels, and they were thick and soft. Plus, there were perks - like a variety of tea and delicious, healthy sweetener options. The furniture was quality and comfy - good mattresses! The backyard so nice - I wished we had more time to just hang out by a fire. There's enough space to book it with another couple or two for fun stuff in Rochester. Thoughtfully adorable decorations throughout, make the place feel very inviting and homey. Our host communicated promptly re: check in info - then left us be. It really felt like a home away from home. I would recommend looking for Terri and Brett's places anytime I'm in Rochester.

This is an excellent house. Walking around the pond is very nice as well as great walks through the neighborhood. The house has lots of nice features and amenities. It is an easy drive to Mayo. Highly recommend staying with Joy.

We had a wonderful stay with family, preparing and enjoying an abundance of delicious meals together. This lovely home offered plenty of space for everyone, making it the perfect gathering spot. Highly recommend for families looking to create lasting memories.

Amazing space and very close to the downtown area. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The space had way more amenities than expected and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Our second time to stay at the cottage. Although a short trip this time we enjoy coming back to the quiet and peaceful surroundings after a day of medical appointments. They thought of everything we might need during our stay which takes away the stress of what you need to pack. They are wonderful hosts and quick to respond to anything we need. Look forward to future visits.

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

We had a wonderful experience at Great River Flats in Lake City! Beautiful views by the water and a beautiful condo! I forgot my necklace and the host reached out to let me know their housekeeper found it. We never heard any of our neighbors at all! Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Lake City!

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

Beautiful view, massive windows to view the water. Huge space, super comfortable pillows and linens. I would love to purchase the exact comforter! Felt right at home. Perfect setting for family movie night. We brought by our bicycles and biked miles along the water with the kids. Easy to access and building was safe. Also awesome roof top area! Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The condo matched the description perfectly. Something to note - the bunk beds don’t feel the most solid but our kids did fine on them for one night. The couch isn’t the most comfy since it’s a sleeper sofa. Also, while we had everything we needed for one night in the kitchen, it is very bare bones in terms of what was available for kitchen items. We would stay again if it’s a shorter visit!

Unit was cozy and warm, and had everything we needed. Located one turn from the interstate between both Mayo campuses with off street parking. Rita and Qamar are very responsive hosts. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice alternative to a hotel in Rochester.

This condo is a really nice place. Very secure, very roomy, excellent view of Lake Pepin, and great furnishings including comfortable beds, towels, kitchen furnishings, etc. However, there were several glaring issues. The first is the complete lack of any window covering for the large windows that look out over the lake and highway immediately in front of the unit. Not a problem during the day but we felt a complete lack of privacy during the non-daylight hours. Second is a very loud and obnoxious HVAC system. Lastly was the non-stop traffic noise from the highway directly in front of the unit.

Absolutely would not hesitate to return! Loved the sunrises on the patio, comfortable bed and pillows, and very spacious. Worth knowing for your stay: I’d say the kitchen has your essentials for cooking, but no extras like foil, ziplock, coffee, seasonings, etc so be prepared if you plan your cook. The lighting is pretty much all or none. With no lamps in the living room area, I pulled out one from the bedroom during our stay so we didn’t have to have the bright lights on. The garage and parking lot is narrow. If you have a large SUV or truck, it will be could be difficult to get in and out of. For reference, we have a VW Atlas and it was tight getting in/out of garage. More positives: Nice touch having a cozy blanket available to use. The rooftop area is wonderful and you can’t beat the view.
